This class features expert coaches who will teach you all about the rules of the game, focusing on the fundamentals of volleyball such as serves variations, receives, setting, spikes, blocking and defense stands.
You can rebook this class as many times as required to reach your desired skill level.
Materials:
- Students must have sportswear, sports shoes. Kneepads are optional.
