Swimming is the perfect exercise for someone who wants to stay fit while learning a very important survival skill. Intended for all levels, this class will teach you swimming techniques according to your current level.
The swimming lessons can be taken for 8 sessions. Each session sticks to 1 hour, beginning with a 5–10-minute warm-up period. It is recommended that students take two classes per week to see proper progress.
The class has a maximum of 5 people per coach in 1 lane with a total of 5 lanes. Students will be divided into groups based on their age.
