Swimming is the perfect exercise for someone who wants to stay fit while learning a very important survival skill. Intended for all levels, this class will teach you swimming techniques according to your current level.
They can book the 10 session option, each session running for 1 hour. beginning with a 5-10 minute warm-up period. It is recommended that students take two classes per week to see proper progress. They can rebook the package as many times as needed to further develop their skills and continue the fun!
The class has a maximum of 5 people per coach in 1 lane with a total of 5 lanes. Students will be divided into groups based on their age.

- Students must have swim wear and towels
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 45 days upon booking
Age Requirements:
4 - 55 years old
Additional Info:
- Certificates can be provided after passing to the next level or after packaged sessions
- Must pay a one time Registration Fee of AED 100-150 at the institute (includes insurance, goggles & swimming cap)
