Swimming is a great option for kids and adults alike. It engages many muscles, improves balance and coordination, and alleviates stress. If you or your kid needs individualized attention, this class has you covered.

This fun-filled program follows the British ASA (Amateur Swimming Association) and ASCA (American Swimming Coaches Association) framework. You will learn from highly qualified coaches, who will help you or your kid become great swimmers in little to no time.

You can choose between 3 sessions or 5 sessions (lessons are 1 hour each) and rebook the classes depending on your learning requirements. Coaches will tailor lesson plans based on age and skill level and classes will take place in an indoor temperature-controlled swimming pool.
