Swimming has become a skill everyone wants to get the hang of. In addition, to keeping you healthy and happy, swimming offers a lot of other physical benefits for your body, like increasing stamina, improving strength and flexibility, improving posture and balance, etc.
This group swimming class is designed for both beginners and intermediate swimmers.
So, whether you are just starting out or would like to improve your skills and technique, a qualified instructor will assign you to a specific group according to your level. Each class goes on for 50 minutes, and the sessions can be rebooked till you reach your desired skill level.
