In this 45-minute group class, you will have ultimate fun as you experience a low-impact high-energy workout, and cool off the stress in a swimming pool at the same time!
Done mostly in a standing position and without swimming in waist or shoulder deep water, aqua aerobics is a type of resistance training which improves posture, tones your muscles and increases strength, flexibility, and endurance levels.
This class is suitable for both swimmers & non-swimmers of all levels. Students can book 8 sessions, and more sessions can be booked if you would like to further improve your fitness and enjoy the fun of this class.
