Good for your heart and your lower body, roller staking is a great aerobics exercise that's fun and will keep you fit.
In this group class, you'll learn how to roller blade with the right form and technique, for a great leg, glutes and core workout. An experienced instructor will treat your safety as a priority and teach you to maneuver your way on skates with little to no effort. It's all about balance and control while having fun in this class.
- Participants can bring their own skates for the classes
- Alternatively, a kit (inclusive of jersey, roller skates, helmet & protection gear [elbow and knee guard]) can be provided by the institute for an additional fee of AED 300
