Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and moves. It builds strength without excess bulk to create a toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates also improves flexibility and agility, and it's also accessible to people of determination and people with chronic illnesses.
In this online, private session, you'll train and achieve an effective workout wherever you feel the most comfortable with the support, motivation, and guidance of a professional female coach. Your training will be customized to account for your body time and prior experience in exercise.
Each lesson is for 1 hour. Choose between 1, 5 and 10 sessions. These sessions can be rebooked as many times as required until you reach your desired goals.

- Pilates mat
- Magic circles
- Resistance bands
- Softballs
- Fit balls
- Weights
- Foam Roller
- Gliders
Materials:
- It's recommended that students wear comfortable clothes, non-slip socks and to bring a pilates mat
