Breathe easier in a chill experience with breathwork and an ice bath!
In each at-home session (1.5 to 2 hours each), a licensed instructor from Belgium will guide you through all the ways that breathwork can impact your lifestyle, your health and mindset. Each session are composed of breathing technique learning accompanied by an ice bath therapy to assist you practicing conscious breathwork and make abstraction of the environment.

Breathing Techniques you will learn in 10 sessions:
- Diaphragmatic breathing
- Alternate nostril techniques
- Holotropic breathing to enter a deep state and help soothe traumas
- Box breathing to help you live longer and healthier
- Wim hof method, effective on the nervous system and enduring stressful environments
- DRT to hyper oxygenize the blood and help you with physical performance
1. Setting a safe and comfortable environment with soft cushions, mats, calming music.
2. Briefing: introduction, benefits, rules and safety measures (10 min)
3. Deep breathing techniques (30 min)
4. Qi qong and body awakening movements (5 min)
5. cold therapy (gradual exposure) (up to 15 min maximum)
6. Rewarming techniques
7. Tea and Coffee provided
