Description:

Exasperated at not having the hard-core Chinese martial arts class you are looking for near you? Fret not, because now you can choose amazing Chinese martial art from four different types! Ranging from boxing, the slow yet powerful Tai Chi, and the epic Wing Chun, you can learn how to defend yourself while knocking your body into a gorgeous shape to keep you fit and strong.

You can choose between 1, 5 or 10 sessions depending on what you want to learn. The classes can be rebooked as many times as you want until you reach your desired level. Each session goes up to 1 hour.

You can choose any one martial art from the options below:

  • Option 1: Sanda Boxing
    Also known as Chinese boxing, Sanda boxing consists of rapid punches, kicks, take down and throw-downs similar to kick-boxing

  • Option 2: Bagua Zhang (Traditional)
    Bagua Zhang is called the "eight trigram palm" and is one of the three main Chinese Martial arts with elements of kung fu.

    • Circular Exercise
    • Pagua Durability and speed of Movements
    • Tai chi & Tao
    • Meditation & Relaxation
  • Option 3: Wing Chung
    Practiced by famous figures like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, and Robert Downey Jr., Wing Chun is said to be a powerful martial art that is sure to knock out opponents and defend yourself in dangerous situations. If you're looking for an explosive, rapid style martial art that packs a punch (and kick) then this is your calling!

Materials:

  • Students should have their own Boxing Gloves; Cotton/Spandex, Hand Wraps, or Boxing Shorts depending on their choice. The instructor will offer guidance on how to purchase them upon booking
