When it comes to gymnastics, one often thinks of young kids rolling, doing splits or performing cartwheels. All these things can be also learned at an adult age. It only takes motivation, some training and the right attitude. Since this is a private 1-on-1 class, it is fully up to you what to learn - be it a handstand, cartwheel, flips or any other exercise. Gymnastics is also a great mean to increase physical strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination.

The gymnastics center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including in-ground trampolines and foam-filled safety pits. All classes are taught by experienced instructors from Europe who are specially trained in adult gymnastics coaching, safety, and techniques.
