Can't touch your toes without bending your knees? Well join this class & stretch with ease!
In these group classes, students will focus on stretches that are very beneficial for aerialists & acrobats. However, it is open to anyone who wants to improve their flexibility.
Through various stretching exercises, you'll be able to keep your muscles flexible, strong, and healthy! Students will work at their own level of flexibility & strength and the instructor will guide you on the right workouts that suit your ability.
Choose one of the following:
- Flexibility: Split, Back Bending
- Aerial Silk: Perform scenic movements through the use of silk
- Trapeze: Fly through the air, while hanging your knees on a bar
- Aerial Hoop: Perform eye-catching movements through the use of the hoop
- Students should wear long leggings & a t-shirt with short sleeve
