AIDA 1 is recommended for students with no previous freediving experience or who would like to try freediving and get certified by AIDA in 1-day. This course will open your mind to a whole new underwater experience where you will learn the very basic theory of Freediving.
Under the guidance of professional certified AIDA instructors who are licensed in CPR & first aid, you will learn all about the right kind of equipment needed, how to prepare yourself for a breath hold dive including breathing, duck dive, finning, buddying and important water safety techniques.
The first part of the class will be dedicated to teaching you about freediving, in theory, while the other part will be practicing freediving in a confined water(pool).
Once completed you can sign up for the AIDA 2 Freediver.
Materials:
* You can bring your own wetsuit or use one from the center
* The price includes equipment (mask, snorkel, weights, belt, and fins), manuals, training, and certification card
