Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a circular or oval-shaped field. It originated in England in the 16th century and has since become a popular sport around the world, especially in countries such as India, Pakistan, Australia, South Africa, and the West Indies.
The objective of the game is for one team to score more runs than the other. A run is scored when a batsman hits the ball with a bat and runs to the opposite end of the pitch. The fielding team tries to prevent the batsmen from scoring runs by catching the ball or hitting the wickets with the ball.
In this 1-hour class, you'll learn how to play this game and get lots of practice to play it accurately and effectively.
The classes are available on Friday and Sunday, but once you meet the instructor, you can agree on a different weekday.
