Kristina has been teaching Pilates for 8 years. Though it's a great way to get and stay in shape, she primarily uses it to empower people to find their strength and potential. She is passionate about working with people who want to avoid surgeries, increase their performances or want to improve their lives and well-being. Her aim is to get students moving with lightness and ease with the knowledge that their bodies are capable of anything.
