The Teenager Dynamic EQ Program was designed for helping youth quickly enhance their Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and Social Emotional Skills, thereby enhancing their academics and personal life.

Emotional Intelligence helps the student better perceive and utilize his/her opportunities in life. Social and academic skills help them become more efficient and productive. Managing emotions like fear, sadness, anger, frustration, excitement, etc is important in school life especially when students are under pressure.

The 3-day workshop is an "excellence program" that is open to all teenage students, and prepares students to achieve personal success in their teenage years and beyond.

About the Instructor:

Dr George Kaliaden is a psychologist practicing in the UAE for the past 28 years, most recently in the role of Student Counselor at the Middlesex University in Dubai. His Education and Research background includes IIT Bombay, University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of several books (Moulding Your Child; Positive Behaviour, Healing with Words: Poetry Therapy). His book on child behavior management was translated into Arabic and published by the Supreme Council of Childhood, Government of Sharjah.
