Join this fun Infant Massage program with a trained and certified IAIM instructor (International Association of Infant Massage).

The program is designed to enhance, strengthen, and build your relationship through bonding and secure attachment. Suitable for babies from birth to 1 year - It's a great learning experience through massage, song, theory, discussion, and play and also a chance to meet other mums and get together for an hour and a half each week.

During the weekly sessions, you will interact with your baby through massage, sing songs, have discussions, poems, and all sorts of fun things including a bit of baby yoga. The physical benefits of massage are amazing and it’s suitable from birth to crawling.

It’s a wonderful thing to do with your baby for some quality 1:1 time promoting bonding and attachment, relief of colic, gas, and improved sleep. Classes are 100% baby-led so there will be babies sleeping, feeding, crying - none of which is a problem in the slightest and you are free and comfortable to see to your babies needs at any time in a safe and caring environment.

There are no cash refunds for missed classes. However, we repeat massage strokes every week so you are able to catch up if there was any unexpected circumstance in which you couldn’t make it one week. A class to look forward to each week.
