Emotional intelligence and social skills are the qualities that businesses and organizations look for in candidates nowadays for leadership positions. The emphasis has now is shifted from analytical ability and technical rationality more towards human characteristics like emotion, intuition, spirit, synergy and authentic presence. Social and communication skills help one to be effective in interpersonal relations including sales and customer services.

This 6-hour workshop by consultant psychologist Dr George Kaliaden is designed to help young executives and senior students to improve their emotional intelligence and social skills based on detailed psychological assessments of their present level of functioning. The program follows a professional approach to personal coaching and mentoring during which individual concerns and personal goals are addressed. Interactive sessions are presented in a friendly learning environment that supports active participation.

The workshop goes on for 6 hours in addition to a 1-hour break during which a complimentary lunch will be served.
