Taoist Yoga includes techniques that benefit physical, sexual, emotional, mental and spiritual health and well-being. Whereas in Hatha Yoga, breathing, posture and movement are important elements for healing, and Taoist Yoga also uses sound. Hatha Yoga has a whole branch dedicated to breathing techniques, Pranayama. Pranamaya can be used in a shortened form for raising energy and daily 'psychic cleansing', whilst longer and more intensive breathing cycles can be used in psychological therapy.
EFT is recommended by many mind-body health professionals and can be applied to treat just about every emotional, health and performance issue. EFT can provide relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. it can also be used to overcome the fear of public speaking, reduce stress, or treat any particular physical or emotional problems.
