This 1-on-1 coaching experience is a life-changing process to help you explore and transition to the life that you want. You will learn about yourself, your purpose and what is important to you which will help guide your choices and decisions as you navigate your life. Unlike psychotherapy or regular counseling that deal with the past, this private coaching focuses on the present and the future and supports you in applying your learning in your daily life to move forward in practical ways.
First, you will explore the key areas of your life such as personal growth, relationships, career, family, health, fun and the physical environment. Accordingly, you will work along with your coach to identify the priority areas and goals to work on further during the following sessions. This coaching relationship is designed based on your interests and goals. Discussion, brainstorming questions and requests are used to assist you as you reflect, identify goals, develop strategies to reach them, take action and adapt to challenges along the way.
You can take 1 session if you have a specific topic to discuss, want to get a feel of this coaching or get clarity on key improvement areas in your life without personal biases. Ideally, we recommend 5 to 10 sessions for life coaching to be effective and to see a substantial change in your life. A free 'Discovery Session' is included when you choose the 10 sessions package which involves assessment of the key areas of your life to identify the priority areas you can work on.
