Anger is one of the most underrated emotions in the life of an average human being. However, since it is one of the non-avoidable human emotions and by just managing it by using a constructive approach one can turn it to their strength.
In 1 session x 1 hour, participants will learn this constructive approach. You will learn your anger triggers and respective management of these particular triggers. Specific planning and coping techniques will be taught to turn anger into a positive and helping tool.
In 5 sessions x 1 hour, you will understand the nature of anger. You will learn tools to use for the identification of anger that will be shared and learning of appreciation of the positive functions of the anger will be done. You will learn new strategies for dealing, transforming and taking responsibility for anger. Specific cognitive behavioral therapeutic technique would be used to help you in understanding anger and its management.
