Want to introduce your kid to a new hobby and a life skill combined? Swimming is the skill for them! Not only will they gain memorable life experiences but they'll improve your physical and mental health through this timeless sport.
In this 8-session package (1 hour per session), they'll learn the basics of swimming in a safe environment, guided by qualified instructors. You'll learn alongside other beginners and can even bring a friend to join and have fun together.
What to expect for beginners:
- How to move in the water
- Competence in submerging
- Push and glide on top and in the water
- How to kick front and back safely
- How to breathe in the water
- How to co-ordinate movements
Materials:
- Students must bring their own swimming costume, goggles and swimming cap
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 75 days upon booking
Age Requirements:
4 - 13 years old
Additional Info:
- A registration fee of AED 150 + 5% VAT will have to be paid to the institute at the first session
