Description:

Introduce your kids to a hobby and life skill all in one!

In this private, 1-hour lesson, they'll receive step by step instruction, covering all the details concerning safe entry and exit in and out of the pool, body position in the water, legs, arms, breathing and timing for a correct stroke performance.

Before putting into practice, swimming techniques are demonstrated by the instructor. All lessons start with a warm-up.

Choose between 3, 10 and 20 sessions. These lessons can be customized and rebooked until they meet their desired goals.

Skill Level:

Beginner & Intermediate

Materials:

  • Students should bring their own swimming costume, goggles, cap, slippers and towels
