Description:
This swimming class is aimed at advanced swimmers who know how to do all four swimming styles in 25 meters. Experienced and professional swimming coaches will train you with cardio drills and exercises to prepare you for swimming competitions and tournaments.
In 4 sessions (once per week) you'll get a high-intensity workout and work on technique correction, strength, endurance, and speed. The class gives you focused attention and individual feedback. Each session runs for 1 hour.
Materials:
- Students must bring swimsuit, goggles, swimming cap, fins, and hand paddles
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 45 days upon booking
Age Requirements:
8 - 15 years old
Additional Info:
- Students should have taken part in a swimming competition from UAE federation and placed in 11th position or after
- Classes not taken during school term breaks, missed sessions and remaining validity can be carried over to the other term
