Outline for each Topic:
- Charcoal Drawing: Charcoal is a beautiful medium to work with. Charcoal drawings turn out wonderful even if your kid is an absolute beginner. They will exercise techniques of applying charcoal, learn light and shadow rules, and practice the ability to see tone. They will learn the basic techniques and practice drawing the eyes, nose, and hair, completing two portraits.
- Dry Pastels: Students from beginner to advanced skill levels are sure to find many new ways to expand their creative abilities through the use of pastel. This course will help your kid improve their shading style in the simplest way possible while exploring the art lying within you by just using dry pastels.
Materials:
* Students need to have the following materials based on the topic of their choice:
- Charcoal: Charcoal bar, charcoal pencils, thick drawing paper, a pencil and eraser
- Dry Pastels: Dry pastel set, thick drawing paper, a pencil and eraser
