You can choose between 1, 5 or 10 sessions depending on what you want to learn. The classes can be rebooked as many times as you want until you reach your desired level. Each session goes up to 1 hour.

Option 1: Sanda Boxing
Also known as Chinese boxing, Sanda boxing consists of rapid punches, kicks, take down and throw-downs similar to kickboxing

Option 2: Kungfu Shaolin
It is where you will learn Shaolin forms, from basic fists and stances to advanced levels of animal forms and weapons. (Depending on the length of stay and ability).

Qigong (Chi Kung) The Qigong practice is beneficial for developing the internal Qi (vital energy). It is a school of martial arts and a physical and mental exercise method that benefits health and body-building. There are mainly two types - Dynamic Qigong, practiced by specific body movements, and Static Qigong, practiced by adjusting the breath and mind.

Option 3 ;Taichi Quan
Its slow and elegant style originated from combining Taoism, dialectic ideology, traditional medicine and physical exercise. It features an attack by accumulating strength, conquering rigidity flexibly, and beating action by inaction. There are several styles of Taiji, such as Yang, Chen, Wudang, He and Sun. The Qi developed in the Qigong practice is further developed during Taiji exercises which help move the Qi around the body to ensure the proper nourishment and health of the internal organs and body parts.

Option 4: Wing Chung
Wing Chun is a traditional Southern Chinese Kung Fu style focused on self-defense, known for its quick arm movements, strong legs, and techniques performed with softness and relaxation. Legend says it was created by the abbess Ng Mui, who taught it to her student Yim Wing-Chun to defend against unwanted advances. The martial art is named after her. Ip Man described Chi Sau in Wing Chun as maintaining flexibility and softness while keeping the strength to fight back, similar to the flexibility of bamboo. Notable practitioners include Ip Man, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, and others. If you're looking for an explosive, rapid style martial art that packs a punch (and kick) then this is your calling!

Materials:
- Students should have their own Boxing Gloves; Cotton/Spandex, Hand Wraps, or Boxing Shorts depending on their choice. The instructor will offer guidance on how to purchase them upon booking
