Karate is one of the most popular and respected martial arts in the world. It's an art where you use your own hands and legs as weapons. Your child will learn how to go on the offense and defense from qualified instructors. This class will develop their discipline and strengthen both their mind and body, developing mental and physical coordination and strength.
