Balance, jump, and tumble! This is the class where you're taught very basic gymnastics skills using object manipulation which helps develop hand-eye coordination and using simple gymnastics apparatus which helps build strength and develop better balance.
Activities include gymnastics instruction on the balance beam, vault, uneven bars, trampoline, and tumbling!
You will learn flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness using gymnastics skills while building positive self-esteem in a relaxed, fun, yet challenging atmosphere.
Work on perfecting your rolls, handstands, bridges, and cartwheels on the floor; casting and pullovers on bars; walking, mounting, and dismounting on beam; and basic vaulting. You'll also work on developing the strength and flexibility needed to further develop your skills.
Students can choose between 4 or 8 sessions with each sessions up to 1 hour.
- The participant must come in appropriate gymnastics attire and carry a bottle of water
