Description:
If you have lots of energy and love to run, jump, bounce and have fun, this is your class!
These trampoline fundamentals classes are recreational in nature for beginner gymnasts.
Safety is of utmost priority during the classes. Besides having loads of fun, you will increase your endurance, strength, agility, and confidence. This class can be rebooked any number of times as needed.
Materials:
- Please bring sportive outfits such as leggings and a proper fitting shirt
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 75 days upon booking
Age Requirements:
5 - 17 years old
