Introduce your child to the amazing world of gymnastics!
Gymnastics is a fun, unique comprehensive sport that sets the foundation for all physical activities. It teaches kids how to effortlessly perform a range of gymnastics stances and even boost their self-esteem and physical wellbeing.
In this group class, kids will learn the core of gymnastics and will hone their existing physical abilities as the class progresses. Under the guidance of trained professionals, they will be introduced to all the apparatus and basic skills that are required in Artistic Gymnastics. Beginners, as well as intermediate gymnasts, are welcome to sign-up for this class.
Kids will learn:
- Rolls, jumps, cartwheels, headstands, and much more
- Fitness & coordination
- Agility & Flexibility
- Strength & balance
Classes will take place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with the following timings:
5-6 pm on Tuesday, and Thursday and 10-11 am on Saturday for ages 3-6 years old
6-7 pm on Tuesday, and Thursday and 11 am-12 pm on Saturday for ages 7-16 years old
Students can book 1 per week (4 per month), 2 per week (8 per month), or 3 per week (12 per month), depending on requirements.

Additional Info:
- A one-time registration fee of AED 75 must be paid at the center
- The institute recommends committing to 2 sessions per week for significant progress
