Gymnastics is a fun, unique comprehensive sport that sets the foundation for all physical activities. It helps kids improve their health, coordination, balance and flexibility.
In this group class, kids will learn the core of gymnastics and will hone their existing physical abilities as the class progresses. Under the guidance of trained professionals, they will be introduced to all the apparatus and basic skills that are required to achieve this exciting Olympic sport.
Kids will learn:
- Basic rolls
- Handstands
- Bridges
- Cartwheels
- Casting and pullovers on bars
- Walking, mounting and dismounting the Beams
- Basic vaulting

5 - 14 years old
