Description:
The rhythmic gymnastics class offers an exciting journey into the world of grace, flexibility, and artistic expression.
Led by experienced coaches, this all-girls class introduces participants to the elegant sport of rhythmic gymnastics. Students learn rhythmic movements, dance techniques, and body coordination using apparatus such as ribbons, hoops, balls, clubs and ropes.
This class will develop strength, flexibility and precision through skill building exercises, choreography and routines.
Materials:
- Please bring sportive outfits such as leggings and a proper fitting t-shirt
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 75 days upon booking

7 - 17 years old
