This easy to follow training program encourages you to make use of your skills and express your inner athlete in a pressure-free environment. These games also encourage learning to follow instructions and being a team player.
The football classes are structured for players of all abilities so everyone can participate, play at your own pace, and feel confident. You can choose up to 4 or 8 sessions depending on your learning goal. Each session goes up to 1 hour.
Materials:
- The participant must come in an appropriate playing attire and carry a bottle of water
