Drums and other percussion instruments can add soul, rhythm, and excitement to any musical composition and are extremely fun to play! If your kids would like to learn how to play these dynamic and energetic instruments, this class is for you!
This 40-minute private class will help them channel their energy into playing drums or other Latin percussion instruments to perfection. They will be taught by a professional musician who will tailor the lessons according to their preferred genre. Whether they're into mainstream, rock & roll, or classical music, their instructor will teach them all they need to know as per their preference and ability.
They can choose to learn any of the 4 instruments below:
- Conga
- Maracas
- Bongos
- Drums
Book 4 sessions if they would like to develop a basic understanding of rhythm, the functions of the instrument, and the coordination needed to play them. They will learn how to play adequately in the style of music they like. They can also choose to book 8 sessions to vastly improve their technique further and enhance their music theory. If they wish to learn more advanced techniques, they can book 12 sessions. They may book 1 session to test out the class before committing to more sessions.
