Do your kids love to draw and read children's books? Get them to draw!
This private class will teach you all the fundamentals of creating and illustrating a character to tell stories in 2.5 hours (2 sessions x 75 minutes). This class is ideal for both children and adults alike. They will learn from Simar, an experienced visual artist and freelance illustrator for children's books. She has also authored and illustrated her own books, many of which have won awards.
What they will learn:
Analyzing the link between the characters and the story
Why are characters important in a book?
Character development and character study
Drawing using organic shapes
Game with dice to create funny and unique characters
Build up colors and techniques
Develop a secondary character
Materials:
- Students will need the following materials: Plain A4 paper, A4, color paper book, crayons/wax crayons, scissors & glue (approx. cost AED 35). The instructor can guide you on where to buy the materials

All sessions are valid for 30 days upon booking
