You can sign your kids up for 1 session, 1 week, or 2 weeks for the full camp experience.
If a class is fully booked, the booking can be rescheduled for a later date.
This camp focuses on confidence in the kitchen, as well as obtaining essential basic cooking skills that will always be useful. Expert chefs will help them prepare, cook and serve these dishes alongside them in a fun and friendly environment.
Your kids will cover fundamentals of cooking, baking, pastry and world cuisine. They'll also learn valuable kitchen skills, including knife skills, working with hot equipment and cleaning kitchen spaces and kitchen hygiene.
Week 1- Camp Outline: Monday, October 14 - Friday, October 18
- Knife Skills: Focaccia Cheese Toastie, Roasted Tomato Soup
- Bread: Pizza pockets, Cheese stuffed dough balls
- Tart & Biscuit: Banana Chocolate Tart, Sandwich biscuit
- Pasta: Stuffed Chicken Pasta (Ravioli), Mushroom White Sauce
- Pastry: Red Velvet Cupcake, Choc Chip Cookie
Week 2- Camp Outline: Monday, October 21 - Friday, October 25
- Starter: French Bread, Creamy Potato Leek Soup
- Starter: Vegetable Spring Rolls, Breaded Chicken
- World Cuisine: Pad Thai, Sushi with Chicken Tempura
- Bakery & Pastry: Cinnamon Challah Bread, vanilla Sandwich Cake
- Bakery & Pastry: Banana Bread, Mango Pudding
