This exciting 3-hour private class will teach you the craft to manipulate the liquid state of your regular cocktail to create new flavors, mouthfeel, textures, and visuals that enhance the experience.
Under the guidance of experts, you will use special techniques and equipment, such as a molecular gun, to create 3 drinks with intense flavors and unique textures that will bring the ‘wow’ factor to any occasion or gathering. Suitable for all levels, this class is a treat for mixology enthusiasts or professionals within the field who are looking to up their skills.
You can choose to make any 3 of the following molecular drinks:
- Smoked Drinks
- Flamed Drinks
- Foam Drinks
- Bubble Drinks
- Carbonated Drinks
- Dry Ice Drinks
- Flavour Blaster Drinks
Materials:
- The instructor will provide the ingredients for all the drinks as well as a molecular gun
- Students must have the following equipment: Drink shaker(s), Jiggers, Bar spoons, Glassware, Strainers, and Muddlers
- If required, the instructor can send you an exact checklist of the materials for your chosen drinks and also advise on where to buy them. The approximate cost for all materials will be AED 150-200
