In this private, online class, you will learn to make a variety of delicious short eats that are great for dinner parties or even as an addition to your kid's lunch box. Shorts eats and appetizers are the perfect way to complement a meal, so learn how to make versatile canapés that can be customized to your preferences.
In this 3-hour, single-session class, you can choose to learn any 3 from the following options:
- Yogurt kebabs
- Vegetarian chili
- Aubergine rolls
- Stuffed mushrooms
You can also choose 2 sessions, and learn all 5 options.
* Tools:Bowls, food processor, grater, spoon, pestle mortar, spatula, wok, cutting board, baking tray
* Kitchen staples:Oil, yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic and butter
-Kebabs:Coriander seeds, peppercorns, coriander leaves, green chilies, paneer, breadcrumbs
-Chili:Cabbage, carrots, French beans, parsley, cornflour, soy sauce, green/red chili sauce, chopped ginger
-Aubergine rolls:Large aubergines, parsley, goat's cheese, pinenuts, sundried tomatoes, oregano
-Stuffed mushrooms:Portabello or round button mushrooms, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, onion
