The first 3 weeks will include prep and learning how to eat carb-free. Throughout the 4 weeks, your instructor will track individual progress, provide 1-on-1 guidance, and help you customize your macros with food adjustments based on individual tolerances. You will be led by Shirley D'Souza, a certified Ketogenic Coach & Primal Health Coach, who will provide daily mentoring, coaching, and monitoring.
