Calling all chocolate lovers! Sign up for this fun course with a friend or special someone and create your own Swiss chocolates from scratch!
In this 4-hour group workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of chocolate-making, one step at a time. You will be taught by professional chefs who will teach you about the different types of chocolate as well as how to temper chocolate and make basic chocolate decorations.
At the end of the workshop, you will get a take-away gift box with your own chocolate creations inside!
Materials:
- All kitchen ingredients will be provided for the classes
- Students will receive branded aprons and cinch bags from the institute
