The participant can choose to make one of the following Asian Noodles:
- Mee Hoon Siam (Siamese Fried Noodles)
Mee Siam is Siamese stir fried rice noodles that has an umami flavor from the dried shrimp, lemongrass and kafir lime leaves used to make the paste that the noodles are cooked in. It is mildly spicy and tangy noodles.
- Mamak Magie Goreng
Magie Goreng is a Malaysian stir-fried instant noodles that is mildly spicy and has a hint of curry flavor to it. It can be a dish that is vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian.
In this class you will learn 1 of the 2 noodles of your choice in an Asian home kitchen. This class consist of making the noodle dish along with any condiments or sauces that go with.
