
What Is It?
An 8-week 1:1 online nervous system coaching program designed to help you heal your nervous system, calm anxiety, restore energy, and reclaim balance. Each session is a personalized coaching experience where we uncover the specific anxieties and habits overwhelming your nervous system and keeping you stuck. You’ll be guided through science-backed somatic tools, breathwork, and calming practices that help you shift out of overwhelm, burnout, or shutdown and into a state of resilience, clarity, and inner peace.
Alongside the live sessions, you’ll receive three months of access to a nervous system health app, which tracks your data and provides personalized scores and insights. This shows us which habits are overwhelming or nourishing your nervous system, so we can stay informed by science throughout the course and tailor your journey more effectively.
