Throughout our professional and personal lives, we are faced almost daily with challenges and problems, which need to be overcome. On the whole, these problems are fairly simplistic and we are presented with obvious choices. Where this becomes an obstacle for progression is when the choices are not so clear cut.

This 2-day course is designed to engender a methodology for creative and analytical thinking, which when used effectively, can not only solve known problems, but also helps to identify and pre-empt problems with planning and development.
