Bored of the usual repetitive workouts and fitness programs?
Join an online class that combines new styles of dance and exercises every session, that will get you fit and keep you engaged. With 15 minutes of warm-up, 15 minutes of stretching, and 30 minutes of dancing, you can be sure that you will be attaining your fitness goals without the usual rigor of typical gyms and online workouts.
The warm-up and stretching on each day will target different areas, as follows:
- Day 1 - Abs
- Day 2 - Legs
- Day 3 - Upper Body
- Day 4 - Lower Body
- Day 5 - Back & Shoulders
- Day 6 - Hamstrings & Butt Crunches
* Students are recommended to wear comfortable clothes and sports shoes.
* Students will require a laptop/tablet with the free 'Zoom' application installed.
All sessions are valid for 60 days upon booking

* Upon booking, you will be contacted by the institute to provide the 'Zoom' link where the class will be conducted.
