Sitting all day in the office and sedentary lifestyle is the culprit of tight muscles and body imbalance. Stretch those muscles and pull your body back to alignment with dancing!
This dance stretching class works out the whole body with exercises for each muscle group surrounding the hamstrings, hips, feet, and upper body. These group sessions will begin with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. Then just go with the flow to stretch each muscle carefully and gradually to the tune of some upbeat music.
Just like a good massage, focused stretching allows the muscles to relax and lengthen, putting less strain on the skeletal system and reduces the tension throughout the body. Classes are for everyone (even beginners!) with your choice of 8 or 16 sessions. No dancing experience or flexibility required, just an open mind and willingness to have fun while trying something new.
