This dance on heels class is a fun dance & workout using the pole. It is a smart means to improve your core strength, balance, and flexibility. By having a strong, tight core, you have more control over your balance and lower body strength, allowing you to move fluidly and gracefully.
Once you’ve strengthened your core and improved your balance, you will enjoy dancing on heels even more; it might be hard at the beginning, but with a little practice, it will get easier and amusing.
