Dance like no one's watching!
This weekly 90-minute healing dance workshop starts with the basics of energy healing and how movement can transform your life. You will release stuck energy through a combination of Tai Chi and simple body movements, creating space for inviting positive emotions into your cells through intention and movement. You will end with a relaxing Theta Healing Meditation Session.
You will leave the session truly transformed and equipped with techniques you can use in your everyday life!
Materials:
- Participants should wear loose and comfortable clothing for full range of movement
