Learn the basic steps of Afro dance to get started with a rigorous and fun workout!
African dance, popularly known as "Afro," refers mainly to the dance of Sub-Saharan Africa, and more appropriately, African dances because of the many cultural differences in musical and movement styles. In these 1-hour choreography sessions, you'll learn the basic steps of Afro-beats and learn from some of the best Afro dance instructors. Women can choose between 1, 5 and 10 sessions depending on the goals, and can rebook to improve or just continue the fun!
