Decoupage is all about making regular items into something so much prettier. It's simply gluing patterns and paper cutouts to an object, using a combination of special painting effects, to make it look unique and decorative.
At this 2-hour workshop, repurpose those old trays with the help of specialty paints and varnishes, special rice paper with floral patterns and convert them into charming vintage artwork.
