Relax and recover from a stressful day or week with art therapy! For decades, art therapy has proven to help alleviate stress, depression, and anxiety. If you're going through a difficult time, this class is for you.
In this 3.5-hour private class, you will follow the steps of an experienced artist to create a beautiful mandala that you can take home with you. Once you've completed your mandala, you will go through a calming meditation session under the guidance of your instructor.
The class is suitable for students of all levels, including beginners with no prior experience whatsoever. You can choose to book for 3 sessions or 6 sessions to gain the most benefit out of this relaxing class and to create more mandalas. Alternatively, you can book for 1 session to test the class before committing to more sessions.

About the instructor:
Shruti is a Dubai-based self-taught artist who specializes in painting mandalas. Her designs are inspired by many instances in her life and by the works of different artists. During her journey of learning mandala art and trying out different designs, she realized how much this form of art helped her personal growth mentally and psychologically. Since then, Shruti has strived to share this unique art form with others to help them heal their body, mind, and soul.
